The first time Burant Heating and AC came to my home it was because my furnace went out. I talked with Todd Burant about the different options of buying a furnace. Then I called around to do some price comparisons and Burant Heating & AC was very competitive. I decided to have them install a high efficiency furnace. I was very happy with the service so when it was time to install a new central air I called them. I have had no problems with either units. Burant Heating and AC have a good maintenance program. Their customer care and quality work deserve recognition. Their service has been consistently over the top through the years.     "Never Had A More Pleasant And Successful Experience!"
    I had a problem with the fan on my "ancient," in-ceiling furnace in my condo. The fan would not shut off unless I diddled with the thermostat until finally there would be a small click and the fan would turn off. I worried the fan motor was going to burn itself out. I am 71 years "young" and I have to tell you that in all my years of dealing with companies of all kinds, I have never had a more pleasant and successful experience. This went all the way from my phone conversations with a young man named Andrew to the technicians, Kevin, who came and fixed the problem. My experiences were A-1. The gentlemen were pleasant, easy-going and very human - a quality that is sadly lacking in most companies, large and small. The cost was fair, service was excellent and the person-to-person contact was outstanding. It will be my pleasure to recommend Burant to anyone who might have a heating or air conditioning problem.     Talk about customer service!! I called in a panic because my furnace was not working properly...just couldn't hold a proper temperature. Todd was very understanding and patient as I tried to explain to him my situation. He had me send photos of my furnace so he could help properly diagnose it and made sure he had the right parts with him when he came out for the service call.     "Extremely professional from start to finish."
    Burant's sales person came to my home to assess my home to give me the best heating and cooling system for my home. My old furnace and air conditioner were way over sized for my home. Very costly to run and not working properly. He took the time to explain every thing that would be done in detail. He gave me several options to choose from and since there were some rebate programs going on that he informed me about I got a great deal and substantial rebates from several sources. When his crew showed up at the time and the day that was agreed on. They were all pleasant and professional. Very neat workmanship and they made sure everything was working properly and that every thing was cleaned up. They even vacuumed the area. Two of them even carried a desk down stairs for me at the end of the day. (I'm not supposed to tell you that) Great guys to have in my home and my utility bills are a lot less. That makes a big difference to me since I'm on a fixed Income. Thanks Burant Heating and Air Conditioning for a job well done.

    Yesterday, December 12th, your company did a furnace tune-up. Your rep, Alfonso, conducted himself in a professional manner. He was informative in the fact he asked if I was interested in seeing the inside of the furnace. At that point, he instructed me on the workings of various parts, the reason I might want to replace the igniter at this time and other facts concerning my particular furnace. Alfonso was friendly, well-spoken and represented your company with competence and congeniality. If, and I hope "yes", the company has an incentive plan, Alfonso is definitely deserving of consideration. Perhaps a Christmas bonus!

    Thank you for your excellent service!! For the past couple of years we have had Burant service our home's furnace and AC components which were installed some 15 years ago when our home was built. Prior to Burant servicing our heating and air, it seemed as if the heating and air repair company we used were only reactive, with problems occurring to our furnace at the most inopportune times, like during the middle of a snow storm. This all change when Burant showed up at our home. Our Burant service tech is Kevin. To me, as a retired law enforcement officer, trust is everything. Kevin not only proved his trust, but he is very professional, sincere, knowledgeable, and respectful to our home. When Kevin arrive this past month at our home for tune-up servicing, I literally hugged him and thanked him. It was only because of Kevin's thoroughness and expertise in past tuneups on our furnace that we survived one of Wisconsin's worst winters on records without one problem with heating. Our furnace seemed to be on constantly at times with the subzero temperatures, but it kept on working great and efficiently. From day one with Burant being our service provider, Kevin recognized problematic issues related to our furnace and it's original installation. Watching Kevin service our furnace, I immediately observed him conduct tune-up procedures I had never witnessed by previous techs servicing our current furnace, or the furnaces in our previous two homes. It is for these reasons that Burant will always be my heating and air service provider, along with Kevin being our tech. Thanks again for all you do Burant in bringing homeowners a piece of mind.
