Today Burant installed a new furnace in our home. It replaced the furnace we purchased from them 17 years ago. Problems were found with the old furnace during the annual service on Monday. Service on the Coldest Day
On the coldest day of the year (so far) and on a SUNDAY to boot, my regular HVAC folks weren't answering and the phone # was going to a generic mailbox. In a bit of a panic, I googled and found Burant. Not only did he answer the phone, he was understanding, and was able to put me next in line. In the meantime, I was able to do some troubleshooting and get the furnace going, but kept the service call because... furnace... sub-zero Wisconsin. After some investigating and thorough explanations, my furnace is running and I am so relieved. I feel the pricing was fair for my service today and I'm warm. Thank you so much!

Yesterday we woke up at 4:00 am to a furnace not working, 10 degrees outside, we needed help and fast. We started calling emergency heating repair phone numbers trying to get help. Call after call we were getting third-party answering services with no answers or clues to our problem, until my wife told me to call Burant Heating and Cooling in Franklin, Wisconsin. I made the call and had a real professional Heating and Cooling Service Tech on the phone with me. We discussed the problem and he told me he would take the service call and would be to our house within a half hour. We felt relieved knowing someone was on their way. Alex diagnosed the problem and said he could repair the furnace for us. True professionalism. Thank you, Alex and David, for helping us through this difficult situation.
